Explore the Cotswolds
The Cotswolds is one of England’s most picturesque regions, known for its gentle hills, honey-coloured stone villages, and timeless rural charm. Designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), it is located in the centre of England while remaining easily accessible from London.
Just two miles away is the charming market town of Charlbury, accessible via a scenic 35-minute walk or a short five-minute drive. Charlbury offers excellent rail connections and is home to two famous local pubs, The Bull and The Bell.

Accommodation
Finstock Manor sits in nearly five acres of west-facing gardens and grounds and has a large, secluded heated outdoor swimming pool (May to September only).
The drawing room is perfect for evening drinks or afternoon tea and the dining room seats 12 (the house can sleep 14 guests but the dining table is a friendly tight squeeze)

£50 per dog. Rules apply.
Deposits
A 50% upfront deposit is needed to secure the booking with the remaining balance due 12 weeks ahead of arrival. (Or immediately if the booking is made within 8 weeks of guests arriving.)
We ask for a damage deposit of £2,500 to be paid one week prior to arrival. This will be returned within seven days of checkout – assuming that no damage is done during your stay.
